I got mine at Bluefly, but they seem to be sold out there. I had to do some serious googling to find them (and ended up getting them 70% off!). They are really high, with a heel of 5 inches - but so comfortable.

I always buy magazines and throw them away because I have no where to put them. Solution - cute brocade organizers from the Container Store.
